{Hello! My name is Maria}

..and 'simplicity and to-the-point' is my middle name. 

There is not much that can be said about me, other than that I am from the Great Lake state and have five, fantastic brothers (and might I add, no sisters), and two loving, devoted parents. I  am a classically trained pianist, I love to knit, and I have a passion for all things history (particularly WWII.). In my free time, which all college students can attest to having a plethora of, I enjoy taking walks, breathing in the fresh new England air, and drinking espresso and tea from cute Polish cups. 

Oh, and baking makes me happy... very happy.

Despite being a hopeless and scatterbrained mess most days, I am somehow able to happily coddiewample through life, thanks to a phlegmatic temperament and a constant cup of tea. 


My inner Wisconsin cheesehead manifests itself in an addiction to milk and a 'keep calm and go Packers' sign on my bedroom door.   Folk music and classical composers keep me sane. Writing is my passion. Catholicism is my life. Photography makes me happy, and so does rain. I may or may not be a food snob who values eating organic and local.Violin is my spirit instrument,and classical ballet sometimes comes easier than walking. I am a knitter who struggles with finishing projects.
I am a baker who believes in licking spoons.
